I just noticed on eBay that someone was selling one of the nice lined robes that are sold to suite passengers. They are starting the bidding at $49.99 which they do sell for $49.00 from HAL. I will say they are really nice and much nicer than the regular waffle fabric unlined robes.
Here is the link if you are interested.

Lisa, I'm a little confused. While our robes (on the Oosterdam) were the waffle-type outside, they were definitely lined. Very cozy, but I prefer my unlined one from Celebrity ... only because I'm in a warm climate!!!

When we were on the Oosterdam we were in a B Catagory and the robes were the unlined style that was also sold in the gift shop for $49.99, when we were on the Ryndam and had our first suite they offered the robes that were lined to sell to the Suite passengers. I thought that the lined ones were only in the suites:o I am sorry if I was wrong.
At any rate I just thought it was interesting to find that robe being sold on ebay. Since it does get cold here in Vegas I do like it lined, although it is a light weight lining and very soft and comfy:p

Hmmmm...we had the waffle lined robes in our B cabin on the Statendam last month. I fell in love with it immediately and bought one. It's much nicer than the waffle without lining we got in the past. I don't know why but that lining makes a big difference. I don't care that I'm in CA and it doesn't get cold here, I still love mine. Happy Sailing!

Lisa, no need to be sorry!! Heavens! I just wondered about it when you said those were "suite only" robes because mine was definitely terry lined. So when you folded the collar over, the terry was the collar. I didn't say that right, but you know what I mean (hopefully:o ). We were in a BA category.
