Do Bingo charges count towards the onboard purchases bonus for Mariner status, or is it considered part of the Casino as a form of Gambling?
I did not think it would, but since it is not in the casino, think it does.

"Are any onboard charges excluded from the onboard purchases bonus?
All casino charges, cash advances and associated fees are excluded. The Hotel Service Charge, Beverage Service Charge, taxes and pre-booked shore excursions and gift items all count toward bonus Cruise Day credits."
