I've noticed the terrific selection of salmon and other seafoods on the Alaska menus this year. (They weren't quite like that when we sailed in 2007!) In October, we're doing Veendam's repositioning cruise and the Valparaiso to BA segment afterwards. How are the chances of having their specialty sea foods and beef, etc., on board there? Has anyone got menus from the "round the Horn" cruise, or the spring/fall repositioning ones from this past year?
I'd like to start drooling over them now, if possible.
