I've emailed accessible taxi services in Aruba and Puerto Limon with no success. The one in Aruba (litelifemedicalcab@hotmail.com) got returned as "no such user". The one I've read so many good things about in Puerto Limon (vayacon@racsa.co.cr) has not replied after about 5 days. Does anyone have alternative email addresses or companies I can contact? I use a power chair but can switch to a manual chair if needed.

You could try calling the Aruba folks - +297 585-9764
since they have a hotmail address, I expect they may change now and again.
Eric's number (Go With Wheelchairs - the e-mail you have listed) is Tel/Fax: (506) 454-2810. He isn'ta taxi service but he does provide day tours and shore excursions in accessible vehicles. Here is some info about his tours from his website
