Shuttle MIA to FLL??

Can anyone tell me about the transfer from Miami to FLL?
We are landing in Miami and going to FLL via HALS transfer.
We have the Cruise/Air package/transfers. I don't really want to wait on a bus for others to arrive and then drive up to FLL on it.
SO I am planning on a limo (surprise) for the Mrs.
It will be our 25th ann. that day.
So I am wondering and asking all you knowledgable travelers, do I need to contact the people @ miami (HAL personnel) and tell them I'm here but not taking your bus? :confused:

I would phone HAL before you go......... either Reservations - 1800-426-0327 or Ship's Services 10-800-541-1576. Have your booking # handy as they will ask for this. Don't wait until you get to the airport.

We used ABC Limo service last year when we had to fly into Miami and they were excellent. Jose met us before we even got to the baggage area and looked after picking up our luggage (I pointed each piece out to him). If we ever have to fly into Miami again, we will definitely use this company and ask for Jose, if he is still there.
