New to HAL . Can I bring wine, champagne or liquor on board? If so how much?

You can bring as much wine, champagne, bottled water and soda as you want. No Limit. There is an $18 per bottle corkage fee if you take wine/champagne to the dining room or a lounge to be opened.
Sorry -- no beer or har liquor can be taken onto the ship.
But you can order bottles of alcohol for your cabin.

The official policy is no alcohol - do not think they check hard. We have cruised with folks who have brought it on board without any problem.
