I have to be in the West Palm Beach area for a few days and am thinking about doing this cruise just to see if it's as bad as the reviews indicate. But, I haven't been able to find any information on getting to and from the Port of Palm Beach for those who do not have a car. Are there cabs or buses available at the port? How much does it cost to get from the port to FLL airport, or to the tri-rail station?

Where are you coming from? Are you flying into PBI airport? If so, there are cabs that will take you directly to the port. It's about $35. The cab driver should give you his card to call him upon returning to bring you back to the airport.

I'd already be in Palm Beach if I do this, so I would be coming from town. I would be going to FLL airport after debarkation. From your response I take it cabs wouldn't already be waiting at the port for debarkation?

Yes, just returned yesterday and there were a few cabs lined up.
Do not worry about the negative reviews. I also was worried about what I read before I left.
I can honestly say that truly enjoyed myself. I just posted a small review and I'll have pics up soon.

I wouldn't take a cab all the way down to FLL, but a taxi to Tri-Rail, then Tri-Rail to FLL is a piece of cake! (I've done tri-rail to FLL about 6 times, and there is a shuttle waiting at the trirail station to take you right to the airport).
And yes, taxis were lined up upon debarkation.
