has anyone done the new stringray excursion at HMC? if so, what were your impressions? do you spend much time interacting with the stingrays? were there many stingrays?

There is an article about it up above. There are 16 stingrays in about 9 ft of water.

HMC is the only stingray escursion we've ever done. We went at 9:30 am and avoided any crowds. Crowds were there quite soon after. It could get crowded in their fenced in area. Water was not that deep. The guy that would hold them or give you bait to feed them was standing. It was overcast and cold, so we didn't linger. Made a quick lap around the area to see any starfish. Then fed a couple stingrays and snapped a few pictures. Nice changing facilities and friendly help. DW says worth the money.
