I saw a comment in another thread that Mariners received on board credits. Can anyone confirm this ?
If true - what are the requirements ? We have our 3rd HAL
cruise coming up and if we're entitled to something I want to make sure we get it.
thanks

IF YOU BOOK ON BOARD YOU GET A ONBOARD CREDIT ON ALL SIALINGS AND SOMETIMES THERES SPECIAL PROMOS THAT GIVE ONBOARD CREDIT ALSO .
JUST KEEP LOOKING AND ALWAYS ASK WHEN BOOKING IS THERE A PROMO THATS GOOD FOR US ON THAT SAILING.
HOPE THIS HELPS.

There is no shipboard credit per se for Mariners. In fact, nothing much is provided to Mariners. But another thread has covered that!

if you book on board and you have to be a mariner otherwise you would not be a mariner there our credits provided acordin to the length of cruise booked .and also there our certain promos that give gredits also .
i might not post a lot but i do post right information.
and can provide details and coments to back this up.

I believe you failed to understand my post. The shipboard credit is because you booked on board ... not simply because you are a Mariner. Were it a perk for Mariners (past passengers,) you could get it any time you booked a cruise.

your right i understand that, but if you had not been be-four you would not have had that chance would you to book on board right and only once you have traveled once do you become a mariner so in my eyes even though you can do only on board its still a credit for mariners.
and as i said also there our promos for mariners on some future cruises credit of us dollars. i have them and they our on south america and Caribbean trips booked this year by florida travel agent, and if you would like me to send copy of both invoices to back them up i can.
so i agree with you its not perfect and i wish they would do things more like celebrity with there past sailing extras , all we can do is hope , but as so many people return i think its most unlikely.
