Any feedback on Segway tours in Bermuda? Curious about the weight limits. In St. George, a minimum of 100 lb is required. Over at the dockyards, it says 75lb. Are they really that different, or is one a typo?

I think it's entirely possible there are different weight limits. Kings Wharf has much more even pavement than St George's.
Though I don't think I'd let my child participate. At over 100.. I had a couple of unwanted "surprises" in Paris.

They go up and down hills in St Georges, too. We saw a Segway group near the top of the hill you go over to get to Tobacco Bay. IF you take one of these tours, USE SUNSCREEN and wear a hat! A lot of the time will be in the sun. We saw a couple of people who were getting red.

We have a couple of Segways and use them around where we live. They really are a kick. The only real problem is the price for them.

When we got onboard and read the shorex listings, I want to say the weight limit was 300 pounds for both, but sorry to say I don't remember the minimum weight.
We had a great time on our segway tour of St. Georges.
Here are some words of widsom from my experience:
Wear sturdy shoes with support. Flip flops are going to be uncomfy. If you have Sketcher Shape Ups or shoes like that, they are NOT good to wear. The bottom of your feet will burn after awhile. Any shoe you cannot stand still in for any length of time is not a good one to wear.
If you have weak knees or really weak ankles, this is not a great tour for you. If you do have weak knees and ankles, be sure to tell your guide you need a break. Likewise if you have severe balances issues, you should rethink the tour.
You don't need to worry about wearing a hat, because you will be wearing a helmet.
Relax and have fun. If I can do this (with a complete lack of grace), anyone can do it. :D

We did the segway tour at Wilderness Lodge in Walt Disney World. They were for trails through the trees and as such, were modified with wider tires. We had a blast!
Do you recommend one segway tour over the other.....dockyards/st. georges?

We only did the segway tour in St. Georges, but we were friendly with our neighbors on the Veendam who did both. They liked the one in St. George's so much, they signed up for the one at KW. They told us they were disappointed that we didn't join them at the dockyard because we would've loved it. KW/dockyard had an obstacle course they found very fun before they started their tour. If we go to Bermuda again (next time June or July :) ), we will definitely be doing the KW/dockyard tour.

Segway tour of Dockyard was a success! They feel weird for the first 5 or 10 minutes, after that they are a breeze. My son's only complaint was that he could not go faster. There were a couple of minor variations from the HAL description; I brought them to the attention of the shore excursion desk & they gave us a little break on the cost (much appreciated!).
If you go with HAL, the operator is required to show you a video & make you wear knee pads, elbow pads & wrist pads. (Of course, everyone wears a helmet). Don't let the video scare you (it almost scared us off!) All the pads were annoying to put on, but during the tour you forget they are there.
