Those are the ship, from the Holiday cruise.

For those of you that are gluttons for punishment... here are some others from the same trip.

This one has some shots of Hawaii taken during the cruise..

And this one has shots I took at San Diego

Thank you for posting your pictures. We loved the Statendam to Alaska, and the ship photos bring back wonderful memories. Hope you enjoyed your journey.

Thank you for the pictures. Brings back many memories aboard the Statendam. One of our favorites - four cruises on her. Booked for the Maasdam in May and July.:)

Thanks for the photos of the suite. We have booked our first suite for a European cruise on the Rotterdam and it has been really hard to actually see what the cabin looks like. The veranda looks great, especially the table for early coffee.
Anything you especially liked? or Disliked? Was there enough drawer and closet space? Since you had the bed opened, did you have three or more traveling?
Our trip this summer is 2 sisters and 1 Mother. Our trip to Alaska on the Oosterdam in a regular veranda was tooo small even for just 7 days and the trip this summer is for 12.

Anything you can tell me about your suite life, including special perks, would be appreciated.

I love the Statendam ... and would love to have the money and time to make that Hawaii cruise again. What a GREAT trip. 5 days at sea each way. 5 lovely days in the islands.

Perhaps we'll go again in a few years. Or, maybe, I'll try to swing a chaplain-service cruise sometime soon???

My wife and I will be in Suite 11 on the April 20 sailing from San Diego to Vancover, so thanks for the pics. Was your room attendant good, and did you use the Neptune Lounge?
