Is the HAL site "down" today? I can't get on it to do ANYTHING..........it just says it's either too busy or "down" and to check my entry.:confused:

When I go to HAL's website I see a notice that reads:

"Due to enhancements to our booking process and online check-in, you may experience a temporary delay in performance. We appreciate your patience."

I have a feeling they're working out the bugs in their new system.

I get to the site and if I try "Online Booking" or "Book Shore Excursions" I get the word that the site is unavailable or I get nothing.

Darn!
I thought once the 12th cruise was boarded I might be assigned our cabin for the 24th.:(

Last night I got through my boarding documents very slowly! Then I couldn't complete my purchase of Pinnacle Grill, Tonight I can't do anything with the site. I get the two reservations in the shopping cart but then it takes me to a page that can't be found.

Booked shorex and a pedicure on a specific date and time (luvvvvvv that!!! Thanks HAL :)) and it was a breeze. But then, that was Sunday. So, since I have another spa treatment to book, I may just wait or try late tonight PDT.

The were probably fixing that glitch that caused them to have to give me $ 260.00 OBC :D.
