Does anyone know of a supermarket or drug store in close proximaty of this Hotel. Maybe restuarants?

There is a Walgreens at the corner of Westshore & Kennedy about 2 mi. (if that) from your hotel.
There are several restaurants in the area. From Cheesecake Factory, Bamboo Club at International Mall to PF Changs, Maggiano's, Steak & Ale, etc. at Westshore Mall. Both locations are very close to the hotel.
