Does anyone recall this FANTASTIC soup...it was aThai chicken soup with lemongrass and coconut...
and if you do remember, does anyone have the recipe....
it is not the soup that is listed in the master chef's cookbook...there is a similar soup in there

For a good place to start, google "Tom Kha Kai" (which is a Thai chicken, coconut and mushroom soup). I haven't had the one in the Pinnacle, because it sounded FAR too much like the Tom Kha Kai that I make at home.
If no one can provide the exact recipe, you can start tweaking one of the Tom Kha Kai recipes you find.

I don't know about HAL but with DCL you can write them and they will give you the recipe. You might want to try that.

I remember the flames shooting from my mouth! Does that count as remembering the soup?
I had a sore throat... and this soup CURED it... at least until the feeling came back.
I told the server... you need to change the name from "Spicy" to "Fiery."

I believe we spell it Tom Kha Gai out here in the west if one is looking online for the recipe. The key is galanga - a type of ginger root that gives this soup the haunting, can't put your finger on it taste. You can buy this as a dried root at asian specialty markets.
