Is the Culinary Demostration Theater on the Westerdam open yet ? Has anyone been to the ones on other ships? How many demos per cruise, need tickets or first come ? Cost if any ?

On our 1-9 Westerdam cruise, they did a culinary demo in conjunction with the kitchen tour. The chefs from the Pinnacle Grill did the demo and they made the crab cakes that are served as an appetizer in the Pinnacle. They passed out samples after the demo.

No, the only ship currently w/ a Culinary Arts Center is Ryndam.
Westerdam will problably be amongst the last to receive her upgrades, as it has to be done in drydock.

The "Culinary Art Center" is not yet on the Westerdam. While they may do culinary exhibitions, this SOE enhancement has not yet been added to the Westerdam. Why it wasn't built in since HAL had obviously planned this area before the ship was complete? I don't know. Perhaps to avoid the ship being delivered late after the shipyard fire.
There was a thread a week or so ago with a link to a HAL site which outlined the schedule for ALL of the SOE enhancements for the entire fleet.
Here's a link to that thread:

Westerdam receives these facilities this spring prior to her Europe season..

bepsf,
According to Grumpy1, the Prinsendam has the Culinary Arts Center in the Wajang theater. I am not sure how they did it, but I guess that I will find out when I board her in May for my cruise. You are right, these changes would probably have to be done during drydock/wetdock.

Looks like you may be right...

From this, it says that Zaandam also has its Culinary Arts Center, as well
(How'd they do that?)

I believe that Zaandam went into drydock on January 8 for its SOE upgrade. I think that now all HAL ships will have a Neptune Lounge.
