There is an internet center, hot spots around the ship, and a data port in your room. You can use your laptop or rent on from them. Seemed very expensive, I paid around $20 for 15min access. Sorry, cant recall exact rates, all I remember is that it was expensive!

I'm not sure of the lesser minute plan prices, however, the 250 minute plan was $100 this past October on the Zuiderdam. This is the cheapest per minute plan they offer, it is .40 a minute. I believe the prices are the same across the board, regardless of which ship you're on. I had planned on purchasing that plan, however, I won it at the introductory talk in the Vista Lounge even before the ship sailed, they give away a fair amount of prizes at that lecture. Of course you have to sit through a sales pitch about ship's services, however, it can be worth it :)

Wireless access is available on the Lido deck (including by the center pool) and the atrium area, ocean bar, & library, there is a flyer in the internet cafe that gives you all the areas. It is not available in the cabins (I'm sure that ship's construction interferes with wireless signal) I do the 250 min for $100 plan but I use it for work (yes, I need my head examined) and turn it in as an expense and my employer reimburses me.

I used it mostly for work also, as a small business owner, it was necessary. I didn't use all the minutes up though, I mostly needed it to be in touch should it become necessary and to manage my websites should the need arise.
