Getting to the Hilton

Hello Everyone, We are going to be in Curacao in January and have a car reserved at the Hilton hotel They have a Budget rentacar there . My question is is this within walking distance of the Mega pier area ? We don't mind walking a little ways especially if it's in a shopping district . If not is jumping a bus an option ? Thanks in advance ! Ted

catch a cab. It is not in the direction of all the shopping. Took me about 30-45 minutes to walk it. Their buses are not what we are used to: they are Vans used a buses to get people to and from work.

I walked it only because my car was at work !! Certain times of the year and day, the mosquitos were terrible, but all was good...Pleasant walk but when you only have 8 hours......no time to walk. Enjoy the island.
