Need help with format problem

Hello all,

I have a problem with format for my cruises. I have them stored in M/S Word and they look okay. However, when I copy and paste them below my signature line they look okay until I go to the EDIT, then they look like this:

Bahama Star (long time ago!)

S.S. France (Transatlantic -1965)

S.S Atlantic (Transatlantic, Mediterranean - American Export Lines – 1966)

Europa (Caribbean - 1969 - North German Lloyd)

Statendam (Caribbean – 1975) Sunward (Bahamas - c. 1980)

Song of America (Caribbean – 1988)

Crown Princess (Alaska – 1999) Royal Princess (B2B to South America – 2001)

Royal Princess (B2B2B; Transatlantic, France, Belgium, Holland; Gt.Britain-2002)

Galaxy (Caribbean – 2003)



Prinsendam (B2B; Transatlantic NYC to Athens – May/June 2005)

Why does the edit process in "Save Changes" change the format so that if I post there will be double lines between each cruise?

What I have to do is to delete the extra lines during the edit process. Advice would be appreciated.

Just an idea, but I wonder if the formatting copied along with text from your MS Word file has anything to do with this problem? One way to check it out would be to first copy/paste your MS Word text into "Notepad" which keeps everything as just plain unformatted text. Then copy from the saved Notepad file & see if that takes care of the problem. Hope this helps.
