I was wondering if anyone knew what the typical CAB price is (or what the range may be) from the Key West Airport to Duvall Street hotels?

Taxis are very reasonable in Key West.

$7.50 pp for 2 or more to the Pier House which is about as far as you can go without starting back. But if you are a single they put you on the meter and I've gone as high as $22.00 depending on the traffic and lights.
