I can't seem to find any current information about HAL's commmunity appreciation rates (for teachers, etc). Can these rates be used when booking any cruise, or do they only apply to certain trips? I'm specifically wondering if there is a discount available for the Panama Canal Sunfarer trip of the Zuiderdam on January 2, 2011.
