I was looking at the new Silversea website and the upcoming cruise we are taking Oct. 10. Shanghai to Hong Kong on the Shadow.
Then I started to look at some other cruises in which we have interest in 2011.
Under the Enrichment area for each cruise, the speakers are totally different than what was previously advertised.
For example, one of the enrichment speakers on the Oct. 10 cruise was to be Li Cunxin who is known as "Mao's Last Dancer" from the book and new movie about him. He is not listed under enrichment.
Then I looked at some segments of the Spirit World Cruise like March 22, and, as has been mentioned in other threads, speakers such as Dan Rather had been advertised. He is not on the tab under Enrichments. There are other examples, but these are two fairly well know speakers.
Am I looking in the wrong place? Are these "special" speakers who are not usually listed under the regular Enrichment tabs? Is it perhaps the new website has a glitch? Just wondering.
It's the ports and service that attract us to Silversea and enrichment speakers are never a deal breaker. But just wondering if I'm confused or if things have changed. Can someone point me in the right direction?
