Breakfast Times in the Dining Room?

Going on the Explorer of the Seas in early November.

Does anyone know the breakfast hours for the Dining Room?

They can vary depending on when (if) the ship gets into port. In the back of my mind I'm thinking 8-10 is standard timing at least for sea days, but may be mistaken.

On our Jewel TA the hours on sea days were 8 until 10 and on port days they were 7 until 9.
