Can the view be obstructed by people on the deck in front of the windows?
Is the room smaller than the other D cabins, or configured in a weird way?

Hardly anyone uses that deck. There are no chairs or seating. And, it is usually very windy. I have only seen that cabin from the outside deck but as I remember, the window is too high to see into. There were reports some time back that this room was not too good -- I think because of furniture arrangement or slopped ceilings and also noise from the show lounge but I do not know that personally.
