We are booked for a cruise on the Noordam and are wondering which deck the Neptune Lounge is on.

The Rotterdam Deck (Deck 7).

It is mid ship, Rotterdam Deck, with doors which open on both Starboard and Port Side.

You can't miss it, mid ship on Deck Seven. After one visit, you'll find yourself enjoying the many services offered by the staff, and spending more time there.

...midway between the Forward and Midship staircases - You can't miss it.
