Can a past cruiser tell me if the Mariner offers standard 110 electrical service?
Thanks,
Phil

Yes they do. We needed a converter while at hotels pre and post cruise, but you will be fine on the ship.

In a standard suite there is a 120/240 shaver outlet in the bathroom. Good for your electric tooth brush too. There are both a 120 and 240 outlet at the "make-up table" and both are at the desk. FWIW, many of my electronic devices, such as my camera charger, laptop, phone charger will work on the 240 voltage and I bring an 120-240 adapter along to use them in the 240 outlet and free up the 120 outlet. Also a short-compact power strip helps too. http://www.amazon.com/Monster-Outlets-To-Go-Powerstrip/dp/B000ONZTMW

Thanks so much for this information. I assumed such, but it always helps to make sure before you get there.

Yes, they do. On our recent cruise we did a Regent pre-cruise to Cappadocia and during that trip we ended up staying 1 night at the Ritz in Istanbul and they had both 110 & 220 and then 2 nights in a small hotel in Cappadocia and although it didn’t have 110 - you just asked at the hotel desk and they had adapters.
Hope this helps.
