Parking at Port Canaveral

Has anyone had problems with finding a place to park at Port Canaveral? How close are the parking spaces in relation to the terminal?

I've only parked their once, did not have a problem. The parking lot is directly across from the entrance of the port. Just like parking at a mall and entering the building. You could call the cruiseline and ask if there is a tendency of the lot to fill. If there is, get there early. There are couches at the port and Disney cartoons to entertain kids.

Tons of parking....lots of overflow. Sometimes you might have to walk alittle farther , but still, overall I think the best parking in Fl.

Of the big ports, yes the best in Florida. However Jax is good also. :)

I drive by Jax's Port everyday on the way to work...you can't get any closer parking than here. :D

I agree as well. When we went on our cruise, we didn't get there as early as I had planned and there were still MANY spaces open. So I think you're safe.

Thanks, everyone, for the replies! I am always worried about not finding a place to park, circling the city for hours, and ending up paying a fortune because of limited parking availability at the port. It seems that I don't need to worry about this any longer!
