Tickets for any pre-purchased shore ex will be in bright pink envelope in your cabin at embarkation. Tickets for any shore ex bought onboard will be given to you at the time of purchase. The tickets will have the time/place you are to meet. Sometimes this will be onshore, but usually the meeting place is in the main showroom.

The Daily Program will be delivered to your cabin each night for the next day.

On our Hawaiian cruise the majority of HAL's excursions met on shore.

If you have booked a shore excursion for a tender port -- like Lahaina -- you will report to the show lounge, get a sticker number for your excursion -- and then called to go down to your tender when it is time for your excursion to leave.

If you pre-book your excursions the PINK Envelope will be on your bed or desk upon arrival in your cabin on embarkation day. CHECK your tickets to make certain that the tour is correct for what you booked.

If you book a tour once on the ship -- you will get those tickets within 24 hours of booking.

Should you pre-book a tour and want to cancel it -- you can cancel 5 days before the cruise without a penalty -- the amount you paid for it will go back on your credit card. NOW -- if you decide to cancel a tour once on the ship -- you can cancel without a penalty ONLY if you cancel on embarkation day!! For this option you will get ship board credit.

As for times to report for a shore excursion -- your shore excursion ticket will list the time and place you are to report to. Even though the ticket will say to report 10 minutes before the tour leaves -- be there about 20 minutes beforehand!!

There will not be anything in the Daily Program (which you get the evening before) about where to report to and what time to report for the shore excursions.
