I know this is a silly question, yet when I booked on the Westerdam they said it was under a flash promotion. What does that mean> Wally

It means they are offering special prices for a limited time, and when you book you must pay in full....
At least that is how it was explained to me by HAL.....

And it is non-refundable even if you are outside the regular penalty period. I took advantage of one for our Feb. cruise and took out the insurance (cancel for any reason) just to make sure. I still saved money on the cruise

I saw a link to a Flash Sale once on the HAL website.
Are they always listed there?
Is there any other way to get notice of these sales?
