I get the same message on the HAL web site. I can't believe they are sending out promos and don't have the web site operational.

Hmmm - I just checked - though it doesn't show the entire link, it is correct.

It is working for me... I don't know what the problem is. :confused:

I got the site to price out a couple options. Zuiderdam wouldn't give out a price. I've gone with them 2x for new years. 1 is in my top 10 and the other is just beyond it.

From stories I've heard from folks who have done Xmas, I'll stick with new years only. Seems Xmas trips some folks get sad to be away from their old traditions, while new years is always a party !!

The link is to a 3rd party company that conducts the mailings for HAL which then re-drects to the HAL site. XMR3.com is mis-identified by some places as a spamming site, so it's blocked. Could also be that your browser (if it's not I.E.) could be set to refuse re-directions....

I got the same ENTIRE e-mail this afternoon. No problems.

And we even went to HAL's website and booked another shore excursion for our Volendam cruise.

Again no problems.

It's when I went into the HAL site to check pricing on a specific cruise (Westerdam, X-mas) that I got the error message (same one I get everyday looking for specific Noordam pricing)

Maybe we didn't make ourselves clear. The problem is trying to get pricing on the HAL website. After choosing the Westerdam for Christmas, instead of the fare summary appearing, a message says that there is an internal error. I assume that the prices are just not posted yet which doesn't make sense. They obviously have priced the cruise. I guess it takes a certain amount of time to get it on the website.

I noticed that the Holiday sailings are priced much higher. I had been told
this was true, but I had never compared prices. The price per person on the Zaandam is $600+ more than our March sailing for the same cabin and we are going during the Easter holiday. I guess if we could bypass the holiday cruises we could cruise more often.
