I am confirmed for a New England/ Canada cruise for June. I understand the Maasdam went in for a 4-5 day face-lift recently. Just curious what was done and if anyone has sailed her recently what their thoughts are? We are booked in S12 and praying that the ac and plumbing problems have been resolved.

4 - 5 day afce lift
Not much can be done major in that short time frame.
Probably a lot of painting - deep cleaning of carpets - updating mattresses, etc.

Wasnt there a post around that time that outlined what was being done. I want to say I remember there being engine and other mechanical work done, including something about a new navigational system. But don't quote me on that. Ill see if I can find out more.
