Recently off Oosterdam

We just got off the Oosterdam on Saturday. It was a awesome cruise. We did the Pub Crawl omg was that fun. Everything about the cruise was awesome. Food and service was amazing. Loved our room and enjoyed the huge aft balacony. Can't say enough about how much we loved it . thing One thing that suprised me was how rude so guests can be to the workers. Everyone we met was very nice and hard working they deserve respect like anyone else.

Thank you for your review. We too recently enjoyed our cruise on this ship. It's very sad to ever hear of this wonderful crew being treated badly.

Am very sorry to hear that you had such rude passengers on the ship.

Last month we disembarked from the Volendam after 36 nights on board. We were appalled at the rudeness of some passengers. We felt really sorry for the crew having to tolerate such dreadful behaviour, it must be very difficult for them. Also, lots of people complaining just for the sake of complaining.

We believe that the crew do their best to ensure that passengers enjoy time on board the ship.

Glad that you enjoyed your trip, but sorry to hear of people treating the employees badly. There is never any excuse for that, imo.

Hey Tracy, I was in the Piano bar when the pub crawl came thru and it looked like a lot of fun! We loved the cruise too but thought the boat looked a little run down and is over due for an overhaul.....stained carpet, 2 out of 4 hot tubs being worked on all week.......did you think so too?

The staff was awesome. Very hard workers! The shows were fun. We had a good time.

This is a reminder to really make an extra effort.......to let the staff know .......how much we appreciate the work they do......;)

Pub Crawl starts in Northern Lights bad and then proceeds to 4 other bars. A different drink in each one and trivia alone the way . It is alot of fun and great way to meet people. I thought the ship looked great. We had a Deluxe Verandah Suite aft one . Then Balcony was amazing the size loved the room.

So which pub/lounge had the best entertainment (DF enjoys jazz piano & light music before dinner, DM enjoys show-tunes, sing alongs) I am looking forward to Trivia & showroom entertainment.

Glad you had a good time. I'm sure the ship is showing signs of wear. So am I. And so is the carpet in my house :)
