Does anybody have a simple recipe for the little jam topped "danish" rolls" served every morning on the Noordam? They seemed to be little more than 3" puff pastry circles with some jam in a depressed center, perhaps with a glaze. While I could probably come close with experimentation, I thought perhaps someone may have already found a perfected recipe. I've googled it, but find nothing but much more elaborate versions.
I'm back 3 weeks and still in withdrawal from those wonderful little breakfast pastries.
