When will reservation show - online account?

I made reservations direct with HAL via telephone...I have confirmations via e-mail.

I don't see my reservation on my HAL online account.

Will it ever be there, or is that for reservations made via the HAL website only?

Will I get some kind of notice to do the online check-in thing before the departure, or should I be contacting HAL? Does this happen, but closer to sailing? (My sailing is Jan 23 2011).

I think my reservation has usually appeared within a day or two of making the booking. You can do your On-line CheckIn as soon as you know your booking number. I think if you haven't done it within a month of sailing they will send you a reminder.

When we booked our last cruise, it didn't show up after several days. I called, and found they had DH first name as our last name on their records. After a quick correction, our reservation apeared. So, if you feel it's too long, give them a call. It's probably a error somewhere in the system.

Mine showed up within a day of making the reservation, once I had the booking number I had full access to my booking.
