Is anyone else? I just filled the entire form out, after several minutes of problems, and was finally able to click submit without error messages coming up. Once I clicked submit, the page went back to the beginning and nothing was filled out.
I'm so frustrated I could scream.

Sometimes the line for online registration is longer than the hand written line... we always have both just in case - and get in which ever line is shortest, unless we are in a Suite - then it doesn't matter.
Don't forget to print a copy when you get it completed, many folks forget that step.
Try again tomorrow and see what happens. :)

I filled out our immigration forms several weeks ago and each time I go back to check the form it has NEVER saved our departing flight time. I emailed HAL over a week ago, but have received no response.:(

I have had the same problem , this week, with the imagration form. When I click on submit it goes back to the first screen and everything is wiped out. I called HA this week and they said they have had some problems and to try again in 2 days. 2 Days later, I had the same problem. They said to just fill out the form by hand. When I have time, I am going to try printing the form before submitting it and see if that works or I will fill out the forms by hand. I just hate having to enter all those numbers and then it won't work.

Don't know if this pertinate or not - but - I e-mailed HAL last Saturday abour something for our up-coming cruise on the Volendam. Naturally I got the usual first response - we will get back to you in 3 busines days. Late yesterday I got an answer to the e-mail. Among the information that they gave was an appolgy for taking so long to answer my question. They explained that they are in the process of up-dating some of their software. So that could be why you all are having troubles this past week with the immigration forms.

Thank you all! My father tried it a few times and then called me in frustration. I thought it was just him, then I tried.  To make matters worse, I did not write down my fathers passport number and instead entered it online when he was calling it out to me. Now it is lost and I have to call him back to get it again. If anyone has ever dealt with a hard of hearing 79 year old that keeps his important papers under lock and key, you know what I will be going through. :D
Thanks for the tips. I will fill the forms out, then print them and then try the submit button.

I have all documents filled out and they went through. System working this morning, so if you need to process yours...better do it now!
Also purchased the shore excursions.
Question: The online documents page says to print, sign and bring to pier. Where do we sign? The only space I see is under non - US Residents.

Exactly. That is the only signature line and is not just for the Non-US Residents section. You are signing that everything you put on the entire page is true and correct.

Penny - Our saved fine. I don't understand what the problem might be. Are you putting in the departure time/date after your cruise?
Bookworm - Thank you! These HAL forms were the most complicated I have ever tried to fill out.:(
