Just got off the Zuidy and yes they do offer it and now Southwest is included which is new. Spirit and the other commuter airlines are not. Make sure you get the form early and fill it out or you will not be able to do it.

Yes, but be careful if you don't have to pay for bags using your airline. HAL will charge you baggage fees for the airlines. We just got off the Noordam and with Delta, my bags are free, but HAL charged me $85 for luggage fees. I went to the front desk and they informed me I had to contact Delta. Well, Delta didn't charge me, HAL did. So I called HAL and explained the situation. The rep told me the front desk should have handled my situtation right then and there and not told me to contact the airlines (as the airlines did not charge me). Long story short, HAL is reimbursing the money to me in 7 to 10 days.

So, just make sure you are aware of this if you are one of the lucky ones who don't have to pay for baggage.

Has anyone used this service on the Nieuw Amsterdam? She isn't included on their list but I wsn't sure if the list just hasn't been updated recently to include her FLL sailings.

We used it last week from the Eurodam. Worked out perfectly. Very very convenient!

Service is not available in Tampa on Southwest. We had hoped to use it on Dec 12, it was not available.
