Snorkel Excursion - January 19

I am on the Celebrity Millennium arriving at 10:00 on Monday January 19th and want to snorkel at Jalousie Beach & the Marine Reserve. Both Spencer Ambrose & Dive Fair Helen have snorkel excursions that include both. The problem is that the Fair Helen excursion leaves at 9:00 and the Spencer Ambrose excursion does not have enough people booked for there to be any certainty.
Is there another tour that I could consider that goes to both places and leaves after my 10:00 arrival
