Do I tip bar staff per drink, or is the gratuitity included?

There is a 15% gratuity included with each drink purchase. :-)

What about the use of the unlimited soft-drink cards? I purchased one as I do not drink a lot of alcohol. I'm trying to decide how much to tip per drink.

15% is added when the card is purchased, no need to tip any more than that

When we have the same bar staff wait on us every evening at a certain bar, besides the 15% gratuity that is added on, we also give that individual a little extra at the end of the cruise.
