Suggestion to get you started - use the "Search" function and search on each of the port names to find previous discussions of them.

In Halifax, we really enjoyed the Titanic excursion. It stops at the two cemeteries where victims are buried and at the Maritime Museum that has a nice collection of Titanic artifacts. If you stop at Prince Edward Island, I would suggest the Anne of Green Gables tour. It goes to the homestead that was the inspriration for Lucy Maud Montgomery's writings. It also stops at the P.E.I. Preserve Company where you can purchase some of the best jellies and preserves you ever tasted. (And you can sample before you buy.) The lobster bake in Bar Harbor is nice, too. It includes a ride up to the top of Cadillac Mountain. The Canada/New England cruise is really beautiful. We hope to go again some day.

I'll second Jim's endorsements in Halifax and P.E.I.
Loved both tours; would take the Titanic Tour again! There is sufficient time in the Maritime Museum to appreciate both the Titanic and Explosion exhibits.
