Had occasion to write a letter to HAL's Guest Relations folks commenting on our recent cruise on the Ryndam. All did not go well on the cruise but I do have to give credit to HAL as they replied within 30 days. They wrote a so-so letter but also enclosed a $200.00 shipboard credit that is good until 2/2007 and while I am not sure I will cruise HAL again in the near future my wife did point out that it would provide 5 dinners in the Pinnacle so just maybe........
