Going on Oosterdam Mexican Riviera cruise at end of Feb. and looking for excursions. Looking for ones in Cabo, PV and Mazatlan. Wife really likes photography and interested in excursions that will give us an overview of the areas and provide her with opportunity for some good photos. Have always cruised the Caribbean and first time to Mexican Riviera and also first time with HAL. Any suggestions?

In Cabo , the shore excursion trip to San Jose del Cabo is a good overview of the surrounding country and some of the upscale development. SJ del C is small, historic and a very credible artist locale.

We loved walking on our own to the beautifully restored Centro Histotico and Central Market in Mazatlan. Lots of colorful photo ops.

Walking the upper hills of PV and along the seaside promenade all the way to the end, past the river island also gives lots of beautiful and colorful scenes.

FWIW there is a Mexican Riviera port of call discussion board on CC also and soliciting opinions there could help you plan your excursions. :)
