My parents received their documents today and said that there was no mention on them that they were Mariners. Have other Mariners had this mentioned on their documents?
Also, there were immigration papers in the docs. We have already filled those out online, so do we have to fill those papers in as well?

Most TA's don't bother sending out Mariner tags or pins any more - there's so many Mariners aboard that there's little meaning and no benefit to having them. If they really want them, they should call their TA who can send them out.
Print out copies of the forms you filled out on line and bring them with you. No need to fill out the US immigration form that's in the docs.

There is not going to be anything on your parents' actual documents about being a Mariner. Sometimes the TA may include a few Mariner tags you can put on your luggage and some HAL buttons, but they get you no special treatment in the terminal or on the ship, so it really doesn't matter.

number (listed as alumni number) on our actual voucher (read ticket).
It will give the number, or 000000000, after alumni on the bottom right hand corner of the ticket.
If not contact your TA and remember to put it on the immigration form.
Hope this helps.

I will have my parents look. The TA knows they are Mariners, but since it doesn't really matter...oh well!
I did indicate on the online immigration forms that they are Mariners and have also printed them out.;)

Your parents Mariner should be on their "cruise ticket" part of their documents. A couple of times are numbers weren't on them and our TA called HAL - sure enough - they had forgotten to register us.
The only time we have not gotten the Mariner tags and buttons included with our documents was when HAL had forgotten to mark us as Mariners.

Immigration forms - the reason why they are included in everyne's documents is because not everyone owns a computer.
