We'll be aboard the Eurodam this summer for 22 days and I want to book the unlimited laundry package. I know that I can't do it beforehand.... so where do I book it, at the front desk after we board?

Also, can we book Cooking Classes, Pinnacle lunches, Tamarind lunches & Canaletto dinners all at the front desk as well?

I'm just trying to save myself from having to go all over the ship rushing to book everything! ;)

When we were on the Eurodam in May we ordered our unlimited laundry at the front desk. The lunches and dinners can be reserved at one of the podiums set up either in the Lido or outside the Lido by the stairs/elevators. I talked to some who were not able to reserve dinners at Canaletto so definitely reserve these the first evening. We ate at Canaletto twice as we enjoyed our first dinner so much we reserved a second time slot. We also enjoyed lunch at the Tamarind. We reserved our cooking classes by contacting ship's services ahead of time. They can't give you the time or day but they can reserve a place for you and you will receive a voucher. I have done the cooking classes on both our HAL cruises and enjoyed them both times!

Thanks Diane! Was there more than one cooking class and were they held on a sea day? I don't want to reserve a spot and then find out that it's at a time when we aren't available. :)

Hi Canada Rocks - good news, on most ships, if you look at your laundry form, you can elect right there for the unlimited laundry or the bag laundry - whichever you prefer.

I believe you can also order your Pinnacle lunch on line (just to save you a bit of running around.

Have a great cruise :):)

Yes, but I'd suggest purchasing unlimited laundry at the Front Office. That way you'll have an immediate receipt for the purchase and will be sure you are recorded as having unlimited laundry. The laundry form in the cabin should be filled out with each bag and unlimited marked each time.

The same extension can be used to make MDR reservations for Open seating, but I think just two or three days at a time.

too suggest you do it at the pursuers desk. However, the last time I tried to do this I was told to just use the form. Insist that they do it and give you a receipt.

Why? Because there are two similar check off boxes. I thought I was checking off the unlimited by the bag, but I checked off the one indicating by the bag. I ended up paying a lot more.

We are on a BTB so it is important for us to use the unlimited.

Does anyone know the approximate cost for the unlimited laundry for a 27-day cruise? Any help would be appreciated.

I've never seen prices for that length of cruise:

Pricing for unlimited Laundry is:
- 7-day itinerary $45.00 with no limit
- 10-day itinerary $70.00 with no limit
- 14-16 day itinerary $95.00 with no limit
- 17-21 day itinerary $120.00 with no limit

Does the unlimited laundry come back the following day? Is it pressed? If not, is there a room where you can iron? Is there also a do-it-yourself laundry room? Cost?

Thanks for the helpful info. Looks like I can guesstimate around $150 for a 27-day cruise.

Is the unlimited laundry, per passenger or per cabin?

I just called ship services to rent a fridge for our room and asked about the laundry services.

They can arrange it for you, but if you do it through them, it needs to be paid up front (instead of being charged to your cabin). I'd guess they will book whatever you are willing to pay for, but I have called a couple of times and they are VERY helpful.
