Does Holland America have any perks while on board if you do a B2B?
Also is the Pinnacle Restaurant open for lunch on sea days on the Ryndam?

The absolutely best perk is that you get to stay on the ship!;)
We were also invited to a special cocktail party with the Captain and the Hotel Manager when we did a B2B on the Ryndam last summer.:D We had to change rooms, and the stewards were wonderful and helped us move.

The perk I'm looking forward to is leaning on the railing with a mug of tea, waving at the departing pax as I look forward to the second part of the cruise.
