Going on the Westerdam transatlantic, 27 Apr-12 May, 05. Anyone know
how many formal, informal and casual nights there will be.

There will be a page in your documents (when you get them) that will list the total number of each; this is always subject to change once on board. In 15 nights figure about 4 formal, 3 informal, and 8 casual (give or take).
When you get to your cabin there should be a paper listing the dress code for each evening of the cruise. This is still subject to change:rolleyes: . Check your daily program for the final request.

Appreciate the response. We were told we won't get our doc. until about 7-10days before departure. Just trying to get a little organized while we can.
Thanks again

as usual. For a 15 day cruise, there are 4 formal nights, 3 informal and 8 casual. It is at the discretion of the captain and hotel manager to make changes as necessary, related to weather etc, so things can and may change after you are on board. As you have at sea days up front on an eastbound transatlantic, most of your formal days may be early in the cruise with the last formal night scheduled 2 days before you get off.
Pack according to the usual guidelines but expect them to be guidelines and not cast in stone. Be sure to plan to dress in layers as early transatlantics can be cool, and don't forget rain gear.
Hope this helps.
