We just toured with Bully in Aruba (bullytaxi79@hotmail.com) ...and asked him for a tour guide recommendation for Curacao. He gave us Henry (Leo) Plaate's name ... leo@interneeds.net (leo@interneeds.net)
We haven't toured with Leo yet but we had a Great day with Bully in Aruba. We'll be in touch with Leo for our next stop in Curacao.
Since Bully has many great reviews on CC and Tripadvisor...I feel his tour guide recommendation would be reliable.

Just returned and a group of nine toured with Henry "Leo" Plaate. Wonderful tour guide and very highly recommended!! :D

We did what Leo calls his basic tour:
Chobolobo (Blue Curaçao Liqueur Distillery)
Fort Amsterdam
Otrobanda
Queen Juliana Bridge
The Floating market
Punda
First neighborhood of Scharloo
West of Curaçao:
Old plantation house Jan Kok
Knip Beach
Christoffel National park (we will drive partially trough the park)
Boka Tabla Cave/ Shete Boka National Park
Porto Marie beach for 1 1/2 hours
We just loved Curacao, so I can't really pick a highlight. Leo was great! :D
