My DW and I were on the NA Inaugural cruise from Venice, Italy. It was hands down the best cruise we have ever been on.
During the cruise, we were asked to sign our names on a large keepsake plaque which would at some time in the future be a permanent part of the ship.
I would like to book another cruise on the NA and would love to see our names from the Inaugural cruise on the keepsake plaque.
Does anyone know if the plaque has been permanently installed on the NA yet?
Thanks!

Don't believe that "signature wall" has been returned to NADM yet. It's out on land receiving a protective coating for all those sigs surrounding the one by her godmother. Once returned to the ship, the wall is supposed to be permanently displayed in her Atrium.

From talking with some of the ship's officers on our cruise in November on her, I received the impression that the "Plaque" will be placed on a wall in the Atrium (near the front Office) in a special 1 year Anniversary on or around the same time as her Innagural cruise.

Just off the NA yesterday, and there was no plaque in the Atrium.
There did seem to be one Atrium wall with art work not up to the level of its significant position.
So perhaps that is just "place keeper" art awaiting the permanent install of the plaque.
Just guessing on that one.
Will be on her again in one year and hope to remember to look for the change.

I hope the placque is in place when we sail Nieuw Amsterdam later this year. I'd love to see it.

HRH Princess Maxima, NADM's godmother, the first to sign the wall

Hi Copper10-8 and others,
Thank you all for your replies. If we squint really hard we can see our signatures... Seeing it brought back some great memories and DW and I can't wait to see it again on a future cruise.
