Went on a Royal ship with a hump in the middle and that feature stinks as you lose the 180 degree view from your balcony. The closer to the hump your stateroom is, the more your view is cut off; mine was actually a hump balcony (aft side) and I had no view forward. Never again....

Maybe they take this opportunity to work on the horrible congestion and lines in the Horizon Court. It would so much nicer to have stations like RCI and Celebrity so you can see what all is offered instead of waiting in line and putting something on your plate "just in case" there is nothing better further down.

Hmmmm... actually the Horizon Court IS arranged in stations. It's just that people array themselves in lines and growl at people who are using the buffet like it was designed.

I love the idea of transforming deck area into a dance club at night!
I have always wondered why so much is invested making clubs like you would visit on land within ship interiors...when what makes them special is the sea.
Hoorah for dancing under the stars in the fresh ocean air! :D

Other than the desire to have to try everything that is new, or the belief that bigger is better, I cannot imagine why anyone would feel even remotely interested in sailing on the planned new Princess cruise ship. The image produced with the Press Release shows an ugly brute of a thing, despite the company's assurance that it will have 'classic lines' - what rubbish. Quite simply, in my view, Princess Cruises has never had built for them a good looking vessel. The only decent ships they've ever had were those acquired from someone else.

I was hoping the ship was going to have a covered pool for those of us who have to stay out of the sun, or for those days when it is too cold to swim outdoors.
I'm going to try to plan my voyages on ships that have covered pools.
