Just checking to see if it's me or if everyone is now experiencing the same problem. I used to be able to go to the HAL website and it would remember my various booking numbers when I logged in to check excursions, etc. Now, I have to put it in all the time...new each time. Never had this problem before...I could just start my booking # "D" and it would show the rest of it...easy to log in. Is it just me, or are others having same experience?

 Once I login and go to My Account > My Reservations or my OnLine CheckIn, both have the full number shown. We only have one current reservation.

After logging in, I just go to My Reservations, and all the numbers are there. I just click on the one I want. No need to key in the number.

after i log in -- yes i can see all my booking numbers under 'my reservations'

but -- it is when i go to 'book an excursion' , etc. -- i used to be able to just enter the first letter and the rest would show -- now i have to type in everything

My guess is that there is something wrong with the cookies (the little files downloaded by your browser to "remember" you) on the HAL's site.

I'm not having a problem on my end, however.

I just went and booked an excursion for my September Alaska and had no problems at all. Both my Booking numbers (I have 2 weeks scheduled) and our last name were there where they belonged.

Possibly you cleared your cookies and/or history??

You may also have to go into your web browser settings and verify that "autofill" is turned on. That way when you type the first letter it will autofill the entry.

Thanks for the replies...always had worked before and haven't changed anything on my 'puter...so I'll troubleshoot and see what it's not doing..no cookies deleted, etc...just wondering...
