Does anyone know what is happening to cruise to Egypt. I am booked on a Regent cruise there in May.

Does anyone know what is happening to cruise to Egypt. I am booked on a Regent cruise there in May.
We leave Athens on Mariner June 17th and expect to stop at 2 Eygptian ports. They have told us that if they need to cancel Egypt ports, they will give us a day in Crete and an extra day in Jerusalem. Probaly will decide 2 weeks before departure.

This is strange, as we are still booked for the Nov 12 2011 Voyager Cairo and a long time ago they removed Syria and canceled Crete and Tunisia.
Can't understand why they would still go to those ports at this time.
