View Full Version : Feb. 2006 Volendam southern how to book?

I am looking into cruises for next Feb. and stumbled accross the southern on the Volendam, I don not understand why it does not show up on most online booking engines but does on the HA site. This cruise would work great for our winter vacation but I certainly would rather pay a discounted rather than rack rate. Is this common for the other TA's to not get the bookings right away?

My agent could book it for sure as we have already booked the 14 day Ryndam for Feb 2006 (got a good price also).

You can always pay your deposit and book with HAL, then transfer the booking to a TA later on. Or, when you see a lower price call HAL and try to get them to match it.

The online sites do not seem to have any of HAL's 2006 cruises! I was looking for other prices for Australia New Zealand.

Actually, Celebrity is supposed to be offering that itinerary, but their prices are not out yet.

Judy- I had the same problem so I booked with HAL then turned it over to an TA for a fare reduction. I wanted to make sure we got the cabin we wanted and the fares were within reason! BillS and his DW and my DH and I are booked on the October 27, 2006 cruise from Auckland to Sydney. Be great if you all joined us!:cool:
